Silversea has commenced its Grand South Pacific Expedition 2025, a 75-day odyssey setting sail from Fremantle (Perth, Australia) bound for Valparaiso (Chile).

The Silver Cloud is charted to cover 58 destinations across 11 countries, steering toward remote locales in Australia, Asia, the South Pacific, and beyond—a demonstration of Silversea’s expertise in ultra-luxury expedition travel.

The ship carries 25 expedition specialists who will provide educational enrichments informed by regional flora, fauna, cultures, and communities. Exclusive voyage-specific gifts and events have been arranged to distinguish this cruise as a lifetime experience.

From Fremantle, the vessel will follow Australia’s rugged western and northern coastline, including the Kimberley region, before progressing through Indonesia. Further ports of call include Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, the Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Pitcairn Island, and additional destinations in Chile, culminating in Valparaiso on November 2nd, 2025. Select locations will feature overnight stays, thus allowing more extensive ashore exploration and local cultural engagement.

Silversea’s flagship Silver Cloud provides all-inclusive comfort aboard an intimate vessel with space for 254 guests and 212 crew. The ship offers four dining venues, butler service in every suite, and a near one-to-one guest-to-crew ratio. Exploratory operations are facilitated by 20 Zodiacs and 10 kayaks, ensuring access to seldom-visited shores in luxurious style.
