MSC Seascape to present Texas-infused entertainment from Galveston

MSC Cruises has unveiled a tailored entertainment programme for MSC Seascape, set to take effect when the ship begins sailing from Galveston in November 2025. The offerings are designed to blend MSC’s signature production elements with cultural references drawn from Texas, creating a regionally distinctive cruising experience.

The ship will welcome Ryan Rose, based in the U.S. South, as its new cruise director, to lead entertainment efforts. New onboard programmes will include a resident country music band, dueling piano performances in the Uptown Lounge, a steel drum musician at the main pool offering lessons, line dance classes, sports broadcasts on large screens, Texas-themed sail-away parties, pop-up street theatre with local flair, and comedy performances staged in the Forward Theatre.

These additions are to complement the existing full-scale production shows staged in the Forward Theatre, which include Imaginocean, Dreamscape, In Concert, Premiere, Shall We Dance, and Love Blooms. Lounge-style venues such as Le Cabaret Rouge will offer late-night performances, live music, variety acts, and themed parties. Technological and interactive attractions such as the ROBOTRON ride, XD cinema, Formula Racer simulator, and expanded outdoor deck spaces will also be part of the entertainment mix.
