Crystal has outlined plans for its third annual Wellness at Sea retreat programme, scheduled to take place aboard Crystal Symphony in August 2026, coinciding with National Wellness Month. The line will operate two consecutive voyages: the first from August 17th to 24th between Vancouver and San Diego, followed immediately by a second sailing from August 24th to September 5th from San Diego to Guayaquil, Ecuador. Travellers may join either itinerary or combine both for an extended wellness-focused passage along the Pacific.
The programme will again be led by Dalila Roglieri, Crystal’s wellness ambassador and a registered nutritionist, who has shaped the concept since its launch. She will be joined by returning specialists Jenni Demus, Mandi Appelberg and Magnus Appelberg, whose backgrounds span yoga, mental well-being, fitness, cold-exposure training and somatic practices. The team will also include Chef Abbie Gellman, a recognised authority in culinary nutrition and director of Teaching Kitchen and Culinary Medicine at SBH Health System in New York.
Passengers will follow a structured sequence of activities designed to support physical and mental balance, including yoga, meditation, sound therapy, functional training, breathwork and mind-reset sessions. A 2-day at-sea detox component will encourage digital disconnection and restorative rest. The retreat will continue to emphasise longevity science through lectures addressing subjects such as healthy ageing, cognitive resilience, physical vitality and the influence of emotional patterns on overall well-being.
Culinary programming forms a central element of the retreat. Under Roglieri’s nutritional direction, Crystal’s culinary team has developed an expanded collection of plant-forward dishes created specifically for the programme. Gellman and Roglieri will lead interactive workshops, demonstrations and tasting sessions, alongside opportunities for individual nutritional consultations. Daily menus will feature a wide range of wellness-oriented options, including juices, smoothies, appetisers, main courses and desserts—an approach that recently earned Crystal recognition in the Women’s Health 2025 Travel Awards for healthy dining.
Additional onboard offerings will include pickleball instruction for all experience levels, providing guests with a sociable and active complement to the wellness schedule. Roglieri has described the voyages as an integrated approach to well-being in which each day’s routine contributes to a cohesive restorative experience.
Bookings for the 2026 Wellness at Sea retreat voyages are now available, with details for the 2027 programme to be released in the coming months.
