Four Seasons Yachts is expanding its fleet with a third ultra-luxury vessel scheduled for delivery in 2031. The order with the Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri was signed on July 7th.
The contract was signed with the future shipowner, Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd, the joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts.
The new vessel (FSY3) will be constructed at Fincantieri’s Ancona yard, which is also building the first two ships in the series - FSY1 (2026) and FSY2 (2028).
Fincantieri did not disclose the exact value of the contract, placing the order within a range of EUR 500 million to EUR 1 billion.
The 207-metre-long superyacht will have a volume/gross tonnage of ~34,000 and will continue the residential-style, all-suite concept established for the Four Seasons fleet. The staterooms will feature large private terraces and open-plan spaces intended to maximise views and access to the sea.
FSY3 is expected to build on design and accommodation features introduced aboard the sister ships, while retaining the brand’s emphasis on space, privacy and personalised service.
The latest order follows construction contracts for the first two Four Seasons ships signed in 2022 (FSY1) and 2023 (FSY2). FS1 has already been delivered, while FSY2 is scheduled to enter service in 2028.
