MSC Cruises introduced a new shore excursion program named Family Explorer Club which is specifically designed to engage parents and kids in joint activities during port calls in Northern Europe and the Mediterranean.

The new interactive activities turn young passengers into “explorers" and “detectives” with the goal of accomplishing a mission that is unique to the culture and history of a destination. Children set out on the trips armed with explorer maps and incentives for accomplishing the tasks. The shore excursions start later in the morning and last 3 to 4 hours.
