P&OIona ship is company's largest vessel ever constructed - with GT tonnage 180,000 tons and max passenger capacity 6,600. It is also the biggest Australia-based passenger ship (permanently homeported in Australia) and also the AU market's first newbuild powered by LNG (liquefied natural gas). The liner has Wartsila LNG engines that provide electricity for the propulsion system both in ports and open sea.
