Lerwick Welcomes Largest Cruise Ship of the Year

Port Lerwick (Mainland Shetland, Scotland) welcomed the largest cruise ship of 2019. The 139,072 GT-ton MSC Preziosa arrived out of the fog Thursday morning, July 25, with 4000+ tourists (passengers and crew) on board.

The MSC Cruises-owned liner has LOA length 333 m and was scheduled to leave Lerwick Harbour at 7 pm.

On Friday, July 26, two other cruise vessels are also due into Lerwick - the 293-meter Costa Mediterranea and the 199-meter Seabourn Quest.
