Crystal Cruises recently announced its health and safety protocols for the line's expedition ship, Crystal Endeavor, and for the Crystal Esprit yacht.
Last week, Crystal Cruises announced its rigorous Crystal Clean+ protocols for its river voyages. The protocols of Crystal Endeavor and Crystal Esprit are much the same, with slight changes due to the smaller sizes of the vessels.
Both ships will sail at a limited capacity. They will also require social distancing from both passengers and crew members. Along with the increase in cleaning and disinfection in passenger suites, social spaces, and ship tenders, Endeavor and Esprit will also offer socially distant dining.
The Crystal Clean+ protocols are fluid. They will change according to the regulations and information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), EU Healthy Gateways, Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) as well as local governmental regulations.
The new Crystal Clean+ program will be used throughout all Crystal Cruises ships when they resume operations in 2021.
