DCL-Disney Cruise Line is planning a number of 2022 sailings that feature special appearances from "Marvel" and "Star Wars" characters. The voyages present opportunities for families to refine their animation and light-sabering skills.
Disney's Marvel Day at Sea offers passengers the chance to hang out with popular characters like Spider-Man, Iron Man, and Captain America while relaxing onboard. There is also a Super Hero Academy for children.
Star Wars Day at Sea features appearances from C-3PO, R2-D2, Darth Vader, Chewbacca. Stormtroopers are onboard as well.
Both Marvel Day- and Star Wars Day- themed cruises feature activities like special performances, family trivia, movie screenings.
Marvel Day at Sea is planned for Disney Magic, leaving from Miami to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean in January-February-March 2022.
Star Wars Day at Sea is planned for Disney Fantasy, leaving out of Port Canaveral in January-February-March 2022.
DCL has currently suspended all cruises through April 2021 and intends to operate on a limited schedule beginning in May.
