The NCLH-owned premium travel brand Oceania Cruises announced that it will resume operations with the 1250-passenger ship Marina in August 2021, beginning with voyages to Scandinavia and Western Europe.

The boat will resume her original schedule, commencing on August 29 in Copenhagen Denmark.

Phased restart dates for the balance of the Oceania fleet will be forthcoming. Itineraries will be evaluated for port availability as well as adjusted as needed closer to the cruise dates.

Oceania is undertaking a phased restart with the line's science-backed plan for a healthy return to service that protects passengers, crew members, and communities visited. The SailSAFE Health and Safety Program creates layers of protection against COVID and was developed with guidance from a team of public health and scientific experts, of which the Healthy Sail Panel and SailSAFE Global Health and Wellness Council.

When Oceania's ships start sailing again, beginning with Oceania Marina in August, guests will benefit from an array of enhancements to the brand's culinary experience and onboard service.
