P&O Cruises UK revealed a new partnership with Aardman Animations Ltd/aka Aardman Studios (1972-founded, the creator of the British stop-motion movies "Wallace & Gromit" and "Shaun the Sheep") to bring a variety of character-based activities for all generations to its newest ship - MS Iona.

Kids in The Reef clubs will now be able to participate in themed dance classes as well as craft workshops where they can create Gromit ears or Shaun the Sheep masks. Families can enjoy screenings of the Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep films in the onboard cinema or have photos taken with the eccentric inventor Wallace and his friend Gromit at character appearances.

Paul Ludlow (P&O UK's President) said it was "not easy finding a holiday that caters to everyone’s needs and when you’re travelling with children, your happiness is linked to theirs."

“This new partnership with Aardman will further enhance our wide range of choice and flexibility for families allowing everyone to have the time of their lives whilst relaxing, recharging, making memories and spending quality time together.”

All activities are included in the price of the holiday and passengers can find further details onboard.
