On the evening of May 27, 2023, while docking at Port Hirtshals (North Jutland, Denmark), the ship contacted the pier. The collision resulted in hull damages (above the waterline) and all the scheduled weekend voyages (COLOR LINE's crossings between Hirtshals and Larvik Norway) were canceled.
