Of all Costa Favolosa cabins, 39% feature a private balcony. The ship has 28 wheelchair-accessible cabins and 154 connecting staterooms. The total number of accommodations is 70 Suites, 524 Balcony, 321 Oceanview, 592 Inside, and 12 Single cabins, across 16 different cabin categories.

All cabins offer standard amenities including a sleeping area (two twin beds convertible to a queen-size bed, with bedside tables and reading lamps), a lounge/living area (mirrored vanity table/writing desk with armchair, wardrobe with drawers), smart HDTV (infotainment system with satellite reception), direct-dial telephone, electronic safe, lifejackets (in the closet), hairdryer, private bathroom (toilet, shower cubicle, single-sink vanity), mini-bar/fridge, individual air conditioning, complimentary 24-hour room service, and complimentary in-room continental breakfast.

Most cabins and all suites are equipped with additional bedding via single/double sofabeds or Pullman/bunk beds for a 3rd or 4th guest.

The largest accommodations are the Grand Suites (GS and SG-Spa categories). These feature a private veranda (with loungers, chairs, and a small table), separate dressing room, a larger bathroom (with whirlpool tub, shower, toilet, bidet, double sink), and an expanded living area with a sectional double sofabed. All Balcony cabins have sliding glass doors opening to a private veranda (furnished with one table and two patio chairs) and a lounge area with a double sofabed for additional guests.

Oceanview cabins have a large non-opening picture window, while Inside cabins do not have windows. Both types may include upper Pullman beds to accommodate a 3rd or 4th guest.
