Costa Pacifica cabins review

Of all Costa Pacifica cabins, 39% feature a private balcony. There are 28 wheelchair-accessible cabins, and 154 connecting rooms. The cruise ship has a total of 70 Suites, 524 Balcony, 321 Oceanview, 592 Inside, and 12 Single cabins. The number of all cabin categories is 16.

Below is a review of Costa Pacifica staterooms, highlighting their amenities, furnishings, and included (complimentary) services.

All staterooms offer standard amenities, including a sleeping area (two twin beds convertible to a queen-size double, with bedside tables and reading lamps), a lounge/living area (mirrored vanity table/writing desk with armchair, wardrobe with drawers), smart HDTV (infotainment system with satellite reception), direct-dial phone, electronic safe, lifejackets (in the closet), hairdryer, private bathroom (WC, shower cubicle, single-sink vanity), mini-bar/fridge, individual air conditioning, complimentary 24-hour room service, and in-room continental breakfast.

Most staterooms and all suites are equipped with single/double sofa beds or Pullman/bunk beds to accommodate a third or fourth guest.

The largest accommodations are the Grand Suites (categories GS and SG-Spa). Each features a private veranda (with loungers, chairs, and a small table), separate dressing room, larger bathroom (whirlpool bathtub, shower, WC with bidet, double sink), and an expanded living area with a sectional double sofa bed. Bonus perks for Suite guests include in-room dining with sparkling wine, daily canapés, fresh fruit, VIP/priority services (check-in, embarkation/disembarkation, tendering, dining reservations, Captain’s cocktail party invitations), pillow menu, cotton robes and slippers, butler service (packing/unpacking), upgraded luxury bath products, and a complimentary specialty restaurant dinner for two.

All Mini-Suites are located aft on upper decks 6-Boheme, 7-Alhambra, and 8-Ludwig. They all feature private verandas (except the SM-Spa Suite category, which has large windows) and do not include bathtubs in the bathrooms.

All balcony cabins feature sliding glass doors leading to a private veranda (furnished with one table and two patio chairs) and a lounge area with additional bedding (double sofa bed) for a third or fourth guest.

Oceanview cabins have large picture windows (non-opening), while Inside cabins lack windows. Both categories may include additional bedding (upper/Pullman beds) for a third or fourth guest.

The total number of Spa cabins on Costa Pacifica is 103, including 12 Spa Suites (each with hot tub), 58 Spa Balcony, and 33 Spa Inside cabins. Most Spa staterooms are located within the Samsara Spa complex. Guests in Samsara cabins and suites enjoy exclusive and unlimited spa access (including the Thalassotherapy pool), two complimentary spa treatments per cabin, and bonus bath amenities.

The ship features 12 Single-occupancy cabins in two categories: IS-Inside and ES-Oceanview. Both are designed for solo travelers (maximum capacity of one person) and are available at special single-occupancy rates.

Costa Cruises Suite passengers enjoy a wide range of exclusive amenities and services. These include an all-inclusive beverage package (unlimited drinks priced up to EUR 9 from the bar menu, complimentary mini-bar, and wine pairings in all restaurants), complimentary meals at the Club Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), priority seating in the Main Dining Room, priority reservations at specialty restaurants, full in-cabin dining and complimentary room service, welcome gifts (bottle of Ferrari sparkling wine, canapés), Illy coffee maker, daily fresh fruits, luxury bathrobes and slippers, pillow menu, organic cotton bed sheets, private butler service (shoeshine, reservations, luggage unpacking), suite-exclusive events (wine tastings, Spa Thermal Suite day pass, private cocktail parties, reserved front-row seats in the theater, and personal shopping assistant), and priority embarkation at Mediterranean homeports.
