Disney Treasure cabins review
MS Disney Treasure has 1256 staterooms, most of which are midship-located Balcony cabins. All cabins and suites are thoughtfully designed and equipped with the cruise industry's latest amenities.
Of all accommodations, about 90% (1133) are outside cabins, divided into two types: verandah (948, or ~70%) and oceanview (185, or ~20%). Inside cabins total 123 (~10%). The top-tier accommodations include Concierge Suites (12, all themed after the 2019 movie "The Lion King"), Royal Suites (4), and the Tomorrow Tower Suite (1). A total of 451 staterooms are specifically designed for families and feature interconnecting doors.
As with all DCL ships, Disney Treasure’s staterooms rank among the industry's largest standard cabins, designed to comfortably accommodate four guests. Cabins feature ample storage, a lounge/living area, and split bathrooms (one with shower-bathtub-sink-WC, and one with toilet-sink). Beds are raised to allow storage for two medium-sized suitcases. Standard amenities include two mirrored vanities with chairs, a 22-inch smart HDTV (satellite and infotainment system), iPod docking station, and two rechargeable "Wave Phones" for shipwide use.
Cabin grades also include three “Guaranteed” categories: VGT-Balcony, OGT-Oceanview, and IGT-Inside. Royal Suites are offered in two types (1-story and 2-story duplex) and feature a separate living room, wet bar, kitchenette, media library, and an outdoor Jacuzzi. The two duplex Royal Suites are uniquely themed and named “Rajah” and “Bagheera.”

All standard cabins include a Queen-size double bed (convertible to twin beds, wooden frame), wall-mounted reading lamps, bedside cabinets, ample under-bed storage, Posturepedic Sealy mattresses, and deluxe bedding sets (100% Frette Egyptian cotton). Additional features include a spacious wardrobe with full-length mirror, full bathroom (glass door, single-sink vanity, bathtub, WC, glass shower, hairdryer, premium towels), H2O+ spa products (shampoo, conditioner, body butter), a living area with double sofabed separated by a curtain, mirrored vanity desk with chair, built-in dresser, 43-inch smart HDTV, USB ports, refrigerator/mini-bar drawer, electronic safe, lifejackets (in the closet), direct-dial phone with voicemail, LED lighted mirror, and individual air-conditioning.
Most cabins accommodate four guests, furnished with double beds (convertible), single sofabeds, and either an upper bunk or a Murphy bed. Family cabins feature King-size beds (non-convertible), single sofabeds, and Pullman bunk beds, accommodating up to five passengers. A heavy curtain separates living and sleeping areas.
Suite passengers enjoy additional perks including Disney-themed artwork, marble-top bathrooms with upgraded bath products, robes and slippers, luxury mattresses and bedding (feather duvets, pillow menu), daily in-cabin dining (canapés, fresh fruits), gaming console table, two large HDTVs, BlueRay/DVD/CD player with media library, board games, priority services (check-in, tendering at ports), exclusive access to the Concierge Lounge and sun deck, complimentary Internet, and pre-dinner cocktails. Concierge services include shore excursion bookings, specialty dining and spa reservations, special requests, event planning, and private in-room dining with menus from the main restaurants.
- Royal Suites feature a master bedroom (plus hidden double and single pull-down beds), master bathroom with dual sinks, closet, and whirlpool bathtub, a large living room, dining area with pantry and wet bar, guest bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wraparound balcony with whirlpool.
- 1-Bedroom Suites include a master bedroom and bathroom, living room with convertible sofabed, dining room, guest bathroom, and an expanded balcony.
Concierge Suites and Concierge Family Cabins provide direct access to concierge-only facilities, including a private lounge and sun deck with complimentary food and drinks. Most 1-Bedroom Suites have connecting doors, a Queen bed (convertible to twins), a lounge with sofabed, a pull-down bed, walk-in closet, and two bathrooms (one with whirlpool tub).
All Balcony staterooms feature private verandas with sliding glass doors, plexiglass railings, and outdoor furniture (two chairs, one table). Most Oceanview staterooms have a large round non-opening porthole window. Categories 9C-9D have obstructed views (due to lifeboats). Family Oceanview (category 3B) is the largest.
DCL's Inside Cabins feature the innovative "Magical Portholes"—LCD screens projecting real-time outside views captured by the ship’s cameras. Balcony cabins are equipped with two deckchairs and a small table.
New Cabin Themes
Agrabah Staterooms are Aladdin-themed and among the most affordable.
The two-story Rajah Royal Suites (named after Jasmine’s pet tiger in "Aladdin") feature artistic décor with turquoise, gold, and purple accents, Morocco-inspired furnishings (paintings, vases, camel figurines, peacock feathers, jeweled accents).
The two-story Bagheera Royal Suites are themed after Disney's 1967 film "The Jungle Book."
Note: The ship’s duplex suites span two levels connected by a spiral staircase.
Tomorrow Tower Suite
In mid-May 2021, DCL introduced the "Tower Suite"—the fleet’s second loft-style suite integrated into the ship’s forward funnel.
This unique suite measures 1965 ft² (183 m²) and is inspired by EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort. The color scheme includes gold, bronze, chrome, and navy blue.
The Tomorrow Tower Suite accommodates up to eight guests and features two master bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a powder room, library (convertible to bedroom), and kids' room with built-in bunk beds. The lower-level living room is adjacent to a dining area, pantry, and bar, with expansive two-story window walls overlooking the upper decks.
Both master bedrooms, located on the upper level, feature King-size beds, walk-in closets, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spa-inspired bathrooms with rain showers, dual vanities, and bathtubs.
The suite experience includes dynamic art, special lighting, and sound effects for a personalized welcome, with futuristic accents of molten metal and glass.
The suite’s design incorporates Disney iconography, custom artworks, and décor inspired by Moana’s Oceania. The color scheme highlights soft whites and calming blues. Decorations include a custom canvas of Moana sailing, village-inspired props, and a Tamatoa-inspired sculpture of shiny treasures. The kids' room ceiling is illuminated with a constellation design.
