Havila Castor ferry cabins and suites

The cruise ferry Havila Castor has a total of 179 staterooms (468 berths with lower and upper beds), along with 172 reserved seats (comfortable recliners/aircraft-style seats) in the Reserved Seating Lounge for day passengers, available for pre-booking.

All cabins are air-conditioned and feature carpet flooring, ensuite bathrooms (washbasin, WC, glass shower, mirrored cabinets, hairdryer), wall-mounted HDTV, multiple USB ports, free WiFi, bedside tables, wall-mounted reading lamps, wardrobe, writing desk with an armchair, 2-seater couch, and an electronic safe (in the closet). Bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided by the ferry company.

Some staterooms are wheelchair-accessible (adapted for disabled guests and passengers with reduced mobility). The ship also offers pet-friendly cabins with linoleum flooring. Cabins are available as interior and oceanview, in both economy and luxury categories. Luxury cabins are larger, oceanview, and furnished with lower fixed beds (a double convertible to twins), a double sofabed (or 2-seater sofa), larger wardrobes (slide-opening closet), and extra amenities such as a mini-refrigerator and a tea/coffee machine.

Passengers with disabilities or special assistance needs should contact the Reception/Information Desk in the Lobby. All passengers must vacate their cabins 30 minutes prior to port arrival.

MS Havila Castor offers 7 stateroom categories:

• "Interior" cabins (10 m2 / 110 ft2) accommodate up to 2 passengers in double occupancy, with either 2 single beds or a lower + upper folding bunk bed. These cabins have no windows.
• "Interior Plus" cabins (16-18 m2 / 170-190 ft2) accommodate 2-4 passengers, with 1 double sofabed and 2 single beds (or a lower + upper folding bunk bed). They have no windows but feature bonus amenities including a mini-refrigerator and coffee machine.
• "Seaview" cabins (15 m2 / 160 ft2) accommodate 2-4 passengers with a double sofabed and either a double bed, 2 single beds, or a lower + upper fold-down bunk bed. They have a Picture Window and bonus amenities (mini-refrigerator and coffee machine).
• "Seaview Plus" cabins (20 m2 / 215 ft2) accommodate up to 2 passengers, with a double bed convertible to twins (two single lower beds), a 2-seater sofa, a Picture Window, and bonus amenities (mini-refrigerator and coffee machine).
• "Deluxe Seaview" cabins (30 m2 / 320 ft2) accommodate 2-4 passengers with a double sofabed and a double bed. They feature large windows or floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate sleeping and seating area (glass table, armchair, swivel TV stand), and bonus amenities (fridge drawer, coffee machine). Deluxe Seaview cabins are aft-located with large windows, while Deluxe Panoramic View cabins are bow-located with floor-to-ceiling windows.
• "Balcony Junior Suites" (22-25 m2 / 235-270 ft2) are bow-located, accommodating 2-4 passengers with a non-convertible double bed and a 2-seater sofa or sofabed. They feature floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a private balcony (6-9 m2 / 65-95 ft2), swivel TV stand, recliner chairs, and bonus amenities (fridge drawer, coffee machine, two wardrobes, and complimentary breakfast in the MDR/Buffet or A-la-carte Restaurant).

The ship’s largest accommodations are the two "Presidential Suites," each for up to 2 passengers with a king-size double bed. Each suite measures 45 m2 (485 ft2) plus a private outdoor terrace (15 m2 / 160 ft2) with Jacuzzi and loungers. They feature a large bathroom (shower and whirlpool bath), dining room (4-seat table), and living room (3-seater sofa, gas fireplace, two lounge chairs). Bonus amenities include a welcome pack upon boarding, fridge drawer, coffee machine, premium linens, bathrobes, slippers, complimentary dining (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) in the MDR/Buffet or A-la-carte Restaurant, and a complimentary minibar replenished daily.
