Havila Castor ferry cabins and suites

The cruise ferry Havila Castor has a total of 179 staterooms (468 berths / lower and upper beds), in addition to the ship's 172 seats (comfortable recliners/aircraft-type seats) in the Reserved Seating Lounge (for day passengers) available for pre-booking.

All passenger cabins are air-conditioned, with carpet flooring, ensuite bathrooms (washbasin, WC-toilet, glass shower, mirrored cabinets, hairdryer), HDTV (wall-mounted), multiple USB ports, free WiFi, bedside tables, wall-mounted reading lamps, wardrobe, writing table with an armchair, 2-seater couch, electronic safe box (in the closet). The ferry company provides bed linens, towels and toiletries.

Some staterooms are wheelchair-accessible (adapted for disabled passengers and people with reduced mobility). The cruise ship also offers "pet-friendly" cabins (with linoleum flooring). Passenger cabins are inside and outside, in both economy and luxury categories. Luxury cabins are oceanview, larger-sized, with lower fixed beds (a double convertible to twins), double sofabed (or 2-seater sofa), larger wardrobe (slide-opening closet), bonus amenities (mini-refrigerator, tea-coffee machine).

Disabled passengers or those requiring specific assistance should visit the Lobby's Reception/Information Desk. All passengers must vacate their staterooms 30 min prior to port arrival.

MS Havila Castor staterooms are in 7 categories:

• "Interior" cabins are 10 m2 (110 ft2) sized double-occupancy cabins with max capacity 2 passengers (2 separate single beds/lower+upper folding bunk bed), no windows.
• "Interior Plus" cabins are sized 16-18 m2 (170-190 ft2), with capacity 2-4 passengers (1 double sofabed + 2 separate single beds/lower+upper folding bunk bed), no window, bonus amenities (mini-refrigerator and coffee machine).
• "Seaview" cabins are sized 15 m2 (160 ft2) and have capacity 2-4 passengers (double sofabed + double bed or 2 separate beds or 2 single beds/lower+upper fold-down bunk bed), Picture Window, bonus amenities (mini-refrigerator and coffee machine).
• "Seaview Plus" are 20 m2 (215 ft2) sized double-occupancy cabins with max capacity 2 passengers (1 double bed convertible to twins/two single lower beds), a 2-seater sofa, Picture Window, bonus amenities (mini-refrigerator and coffee machine).
• "Deluxe Seaview" cabins are sized 30 m2 (320 ft2) and have capacity 2-4 passengers (double sofabed + double bed), large windows or floor-ceiling windows, separate sleeping-seating area (glass table, armchair, swivel TV stand), bonus amenities (fridge drawer, coffee machine). Deluxe Seaview are located aft (stern location) and with large windows. Deluxe Panoramic View are with bow location and floor-ceiling windows.
• Balcony Junior Suites are 22-25 m2 (235-270 ft2) sized bow-located cabins with capacity 2-4 passengers (double bed non-convertible to twins + 2-seater sofa or sofabed), floor-ceiling windows slide-opening to a step-out balcony (sized 6-9 m2/65-95 ft2), swivel TV stand, recliner chairs, bonus amenities (fridge drawer, coffee machine, two wardrobes, complimentary Breakfast in the MDR/Buffet Restaurant or the A-la-carte Restaurant).

Havila Castor ship's largest staterooms are the two "Presidential Suites", each for max 2 passengers (King-size double bed). Each suite is sized 45 m2 (485 ft2) plus the private outdoor terrace (15 m2 / 160 ft2) with Jacuzzi and two loungers, large bathroom (shower plus whirlpool bath), dining room (4-seat table), living room (3-seater sofa, gas fireplace, two lounge chairs). Bonus amenities for Presidential Suite passengers include welcome pack (upon boarding), fridge drawer, coffee machine, premium linens-bathrobes-slippers, complimentary Breakfast-Lunch-Diner in the MDR/Buffet Restaurant or the A-la-carte Restaurant, free minibar drinks / replenished daily).
