The following is a review of TUI Mein Schiff 5 staterooms, including amenities, furnishings, and included (complimentary) services:

Himmel & Meer Suites (“Sky & Sea”) are two-level accommodations. The upper level features a partially covered roof terrace with a private sundeck, furnished with one hammock, two lounge chairs, one table with four chairs, and one sofa. The lower level includes two single beds and one double sofa bed, with additional amenities such as a separate living room and a couch.

Captain’s Suites (“Kapitän Suite”), also known as “Themen Suites” for their designer furnishings, each feature a private veranda (with one hammock, one table, four chairs, and one lounger), a separate bedroom with two single beds, a walk-in closet, a seating area with a double sofa bed, and an entertainment center.

Junior Suites with Balcony (Junior Suite Balkon) include two lower beds, one sofa bed, and one double sofa bed. Amenities feature a veranda with one table and two chairs, exclusive access to the X Lounge and the suites-only sundeck, and concierge service.

Both Diamond Suites (“Diamant Suite”) are located aft on Boje Deck 6 (cabins #6176 and #6181). Each suite offers a spacious private sundeck furnished with one hammock, one table, four chairs, and two sun loungers. The layout includes separate lounge and bedroom areas (with a double sofa bed and either one double or two twin beds), plus an additional bedroom with one single and one Pullman (upper) bed.

Family Veranda Deluxe Cabins (Familienkabine Veranda Deluxe) have private balconies (with one hammock, one table, four chairs, and two loungers), separate lounge and sleeping areas (two beds, one loft bed, one double sofa bed), and an Xbox console. Curtains divide the living and sleeping areas.

Family Balcony Cabins (Familienkabine Balkon) include two beds, one double sofa bed, one Pullman bed, an Xbox console, and a veranda (with one table, four chairs, and two deck chairs). Curtains separate the living and sleeping areas.

Oceanview Family Cabins (Familienkabine Außen) have two beds, one double bed, and one bunk bed (or two single beds plus one double sofa bed), a separate living area, and an Xbox console. Curtains divide the living and sleeping spaces.

SPA Balcony Cabins (SPA Balkonkabine) feature a private balcony (with one table and two chairs), two beds, one sofa bed, and one double sofa bed. They provide direct access to the SPA complex on Deck 11, complimentary SPA treatments (90 minutes for two adults including head, facial, shoulder-neck-back, and foot massages, plus a foot bath), a complimentary 20-minute infrared cabin session (per adult), premium SPA products and cosmetics (by La Mer and Babor), one beach bag per person, and SPA towels, linens, and bathrobes.

Premium Balcony Cabins (Premium Verandakabine) include a private veranda (with one hammock, one table, two chairs, and two loungers), two beds, and one sofa bed.

Combined Balcony Cabins (Kombi Balkonkabine) are located near the Diamanten (Great Freedom area). Each cabin features a private balcony (with one table and four chairs) and can be connected to one or two adjacent cabins to form larger family or group accommodations. Each has two beds, one sofa bed, and one double sofa bed.

Balcony Cabins (Balkonkabine) have a veranda with one table and two chairs, plus two beds and one sofa bed (or one double bed). Oceanview Cabins (Außenkabine) feature two beds, one sofa bed, and one double sofa bed. Inside Cabins (Innenkabine) offer two beds, one sofa bed, and one double sofa bed (or Pullman beds).

Bonus services (included for all Suite categories) feature: complimentary Internet access, a free minibar (restocked daily), Xbox gaming console, concierge service (packing/unpacking, daily newspaper, reservations for specialty restaurants and SPA, private shore excursions, and exclusive events), priority check-in, embarkation/disembarkation, and tendering. Additional privileges include in-room dining (hot/cold snacks and fresh fruit between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.), and exclusive access to the X Lounge (with Champagne and premium spirits) and the private suites-only sundeck.
