Of all Viking Osfrid cabins, 70% feature a private balcony. Suite accommodations include two separate rooms – a living room (with a private, step-out balcony) and a separate bedroom (with a French balcony). There are a total of 8 cabin categories (maximum capacity of 2 guests per cabin).

All staterooms feature hotel-style beds (79 x 63 inches / 200 x 160 cm, convertible to twins, with ample under-bed storage for suitcases), a sliding-door closet (with wooden hangers), dimmable lighting, and a private en-suite bathroom (glass-door shower, hairdryer, “L’Occitane” premium bath products, bathrobes and slippers upon request). Additional amenities include a telephone, mini-fridge, personal safe, 40-inch HDTV (with news channels such as CNN, FOX, CNBC, as well as NG, MGM, Sky Cinema, movies on demand, and “View From the Bridge” real-time webcam views), individual air-conditioning, and 220V / 110V power outlets.

French Balcony cabins, Veranda staterooms, and all suites feature floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Balcony cabins in categories A and B are equipped with electronically controlled blinds and lounge furniture on the private veranda (a small round table with two chairs).

Both Standard Cabin categories (E and F) are located at water level on the Main Deck only. Instead of a veranda (or French balcony), they feature a half-height (non-opening) picture window positioned near the ceiling.
