MS Amadeus Queen (built 2018) is the first of two new Luftner Cruises ships specifically designed to appeal to younger, millennial-generation river cruise travelers. Queen and her sistership, Amadeus Star (2019), feature an indoor swimming pool (located aft on Deck 3, with a recessed outdoor sun deck) and the adjacent Amadeus Club, the company's new "wine cellar bar" concept.
The Amadeus Queen cruise ship deck plan includes a total of 81 staterooms for 162 passengers, served by 46 crew and staff. The vessel has four passenger decks (three with cabins), two lounges, three bars, one restaurant, one indoor swimming pool, and one elevator connecting Decks 1, 2, and 3. The spacious sundeck features shaded seating, a deck games area, and the Lido Bar.
Each voyage features a celebrity influencer serving as host, sharing the cruise experience with her or his social media followers. The influencer also organizes a special onboard program focused on popular topics such as nutrition, dieting, fitness, weight loss, and healthy living.
