Medical Center is the ship’s Infirmary/hospital operated by resident doctors / physicians and nurses on 24-hour call duty. The infirmary is open between 8 am - 8 pm (doctor hours are 8-11 am and 3-6 pm). Treatments at the ship hospital are equivalent to a private doctor’s visit. All treatments, tests and medications are at extra charge. The only exception is Bonine (seasickness medication) also available for free at the ship’s Reception (24 hours). General health insurance policies do not apply, so buying cruise health insurance is recommended. The on-duty doctor can be contacted through the Reception (on deck 5 midship) or any crew member.

Reception Desk provides 24-hour guest services.

Arts Cafe (size 2250 ft2 / 209 m2) is a classic coffee shop/patisserie complete with floor-ceiling windows. The venue serves an extensive collection of top-brand coffees and teas, a selection of gourmet pastries and quick bites.

Boutique Shops sell luxury jewelry, brand watches, gifts, collectibles, resort wear, brand fashion clothing, accessories, handbags, brand perfumes and cosmetics.

The Otium Spa complex has treatment rooms, 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms (for men/women), Thermal Suite. The list of massages includes Swedish, stone, couples, also reflexology, facials.

Beauty Salon is a full-service hair salon, providing a variety of treatments for men/women, including hairstyling, manicures/pedicures, facials, barber services.

All Spa and salon services are at an additional charge.

Fitness Center is complimentary and open between 6 am - 8 pm. The Gym is fitted with modern equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, free weights, exercise bikes, yoga mats. There is a separate Aerobics Studio for complimentary classes (aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, circuit training). Personal training and specialty classes are available at an additional charge.

The swimming pool area has a stage for live entertainment, an outdoor swimming pool, Whirlpool (large outdoor Jacuzzi), sunbathing area with padded loungers, deckchairs and tables.

The Grill (size 2806 ft2 / 261 m2, aft on Deck 5/adjacent to Pool Deck) provides 270-degree panoramic stern views and has a mezzanine level (on Deck 6). This casual eatery offers an a-la-carte menu of international dishes, and has max capacity 80 seats (for breakfast and lunch) and 48 seats (for dinner). Signature meals here are grilled meat (premium beef, veal, pork, lamb), seafood (salmon, prawns, fresh fish of the day), Mediterranean vegetables, salad of the day, baked potatoes. The pool deck’s sunbathing area in the evenings becomes an outdoor seating (alfresco dining) terrace. Wines are complimentary, but premium wines from the Connoisseur’s Wine List are extra charge. The Hot Rocks Grill implements the Silversea Cruises interactive dining concept (named “Black Rock Grill Experience”). It allows guests the unique chance to cook their own meat and seafood to their own specifications (on the grill stone or in a soup bowl). This section is equipped with gas heaters and a covering that protects guests from inclement weather. Between 7:30 am and 4 pm, Hot Rocks operates as a rotisserie and fast food bar (made-to-order burgers). Dinner (7 – 10 pm) is waiter-served and reservations-only. Stone cooking is available only in the evenings. Wellness Breakfast menu includes smoothies, fresh fruit/veggie drinks, low-calorie food. Among the grill’s daily items are pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, hot dogs, grilled meat/seafood.

Passenger cabins from 500 to 518, all of which are balcony staterooms in the category Classic Veranda Suite (standard balcony cabins).

All passenger decks have elevator access (via 2 lifts) and public restrooms. However, for safety reasons, the elevators are shut down during inclement weather.

On decks 5-6 are stored the superyacht's service boats (manufactured by PALFINGER Marine) including 2x tender boats, 2x lifeboats, 2x rescue boats (model FRSQ 630). There are a total of 3x shipboard cranes (also by PALFINGER) - 1x electric overhead crane (model PK-18502-SH) and 2x foldable knuckle boom cranes (model PK-29002). The two foldable cranes (portside and starboard) are used for launching and recovering the tenders (large-capacity boats for passenger transportation in destinations without port infrastructure). The electric crane is for the cruise ship's submarines (used for underwater tours).
