MS Filia Rheni II deck plans

MS Filia Rheni 2 (built 1999, fka Viking Danube, last refurbished in 2013) was one of the two oldest Viking river cruise ships operating on Danube River – together with Viking Sky (now MS Carissima, sistership), Viking Legend and Viking Prestige.

Filia Rheni / Viking Danube cruise ship deck plan has a total of 75 staterooms for 150 passengers served by 40 crew/staff, 4 passenger decks, 1 elevator (connecting Middle and Upper decks only). Among the ship's best features are its Whirlpool Spa, the Sauna and the top deck’s swimming pool for guests to enjoy along the Grand Danube river cruise itinerary.

The ship's Restaurant (Dining Room) operates with the following menus:

• The breakfast menu includes a selection of bread and pastries, cereals, fruits, omelettes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cold meats, sausages, bacon, beverages (coffee, tea, milk, juices, water).
• The lunch menu includes various salads, “sandwich-of-the-day”, appetizers, soup, pasta, two hot main courses, dessert.
• The dinner menu includes 2 appetizers, 1 soup, 2 main courses (meat or fish), 2 desserts (or cheese board). Guests can always order popular specialities, such as chicken breast, salmon, sirloin steak, Caesar salad.
• The list of cruise itinerary-based themed dinners features: “Hungarian”, “Slovakian”, “German”, “Mozart” (Austrian), “International”, “Summer”, and the “Welcome Aboard” and “Farewell” formal dinners.

The Aquavit Lounge (an outdoor seating covered area) offers self-service continental breakfast and a light lunch menu. The Lunch menu here usually has roast beef carvery and traditional fast food choices (hotdogs, burgers, fries).
