Mein Schiff 2 deck plans

Mein Schiff 2 (built in 2019, scheduled for refurbishment in January 2024) is the sixth vessel in the TUI Cruises fleet, with sisterships Mein Schiff 1 (2018) and Mein Schiff 7 (2023). The shipowner and operator, TUI Cruises GmbH, is a joint venture between TUI AG (a German travel corporation, formerly Preussag AG) and RCG-Royal Caribbean—the world’s second-largest passenger shipping company after Carnival.

The TUI Mein Schiff 2 deck plan includes a total of 1,447 cabins accommodating 2,534 passengers (maximum capacity 2,894) and served by 1,000 crew members. The vessel has 14 passenger-accessible decks (out of 16 total, with 10 cabin decks), 12 restaurants and bistros, 15 bars and lounges, 20,500 m² (220,700 ft²) of outdoor deck space, a large wellness complex covering 2,400 m² (25,800 ft²), two swimming pools (one covered), four outdoor Jacuzzis, and ten elevators.

The ship’s design team includes several renowned firms: Wilson Butler Architects (deck areas, public spaces, theater, and concert hall), CM Design (interior spaces, cabins, restaurants, and entertainment venues), and Tillberg Design (interior design). The staterooms for Mein Schiff 2 were pre-fabricated by STX Finland Cabins.

Complimentary dining venues (included in all Mein Schiff 2 cruise fares) include Atlantik (Klassik, Brasserie, Mediterran), Anckelmannsplatz, GOSCH Sylt, Backstube, Tag & Nacht, Eis Bar, and Osteria (pizzeria). Specialty restaurants available at an extra charge are Surf & Turf, Richards, Hanami (Asian cuisine), and Schmankerl-Entspannt (Austrian cuisine).
