Scenic Tsar (built in 2013, originally named “Alexander Grin”) is the Russian ship in the Scenic Tours fleet. She is operated under charter via a partnership with the Russian owner Moscow River Shipping Company. As the only Scenic river cruise ship in Russia, MS Alexander Grin operates on Volga River cruises (the St Petersburg-Moscow itinerary route), also including Lakes Ladoga and Onega.

The ship features 4 passenger decks, 1 restaurant, 2 panoramic lounges (each with a full-service bar), a spacious sundeck (with separate lounge, observation, and sunbathing areas), Scenic's gourmet Crystal Dining options, a Gym and Spa, and 1 elevator (connecting the 3 cabin decks).

Scenic Tsar is an all-inclusive riverboat. As is traditional for this top-luxury brand, Scenic Tours Russia river cruise fares include:
