SeaDream II deck plans

SeaDream II (1985-built as "Sea Goddess II", last refurbished in May 2023) is the second of two identical-design "all-inclusive luxury" superyachts, together with SeaDream 1. The company SeaDream Yacht Club is a family-owned (private) small cruise line established in 2001. SeaDream 2 was previously chartered to Sea Goddess Cruises (1985 to 1998), as well as to Cunard and Seabourn (1986 to 2001).

SeaDream II's cruise ship deck plan has a total of 56 staterooms for 94 passengers (maximum capacity 112 guests), served by 100 crew and staff. The yacht has 6 decks (5 passenger-accessible, 3 with cabins), 2 restaurants, 2 lounges and bars, 1 swimming pool, 3 Jacuzzies (outdoor whirlpool hot tubs), a retractable Marina (aft/stern watersports platform), 1 elevator, and an Infirmary (medical facility with hospital room and pharmacy, staffed by a resident doctor).

SeaDream 2 is a top-luxury cruise yacht operated with all-inclusive deals. The list of complimentary amenities and services includes:

• 5-star resort amenities in cabins: smart UHD TV, CD/DVD player, iPod dock station, well-stocked complimentary minibar, Bvlgari luxury bath amenities, mirrored vanity table, twin beds convertible to a queen bed with deluxe bedding and pillow menu, logo-embroidered pajamas, terry bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, and personal safe.
• Open Bar throughout the ship (all drinks included in the fare, except premium spirits and wines), with a daily selection of fine wines served at lunch and dinner.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet; laptop computers and powerful binoculars (for onboard use only); onboard mountain bikes available free of charge for shore excursions. When the yacht is anchored, guests can rent some of the onboard Segways (nominal fee applies).

All guests can enjoy complimentary 24-hour in-room dining and room service, twice-daily housekeeping, as well as complimentary laundry and ironing services.

Special events and parties on the yacht can be arranged by the SeaDream Cruise Director onboard.

SeaDream 2 refurbishments review

In 2022 (January and May), SeaDream conducted a USD 10 million (EUR 8.8 million) drydock refurbishment project for both yachts at Navalrocha Ship Repair in Lisbon (Portugal).

Work included full-scale renovations of all staterooms (new furniture, hardware, textiles, wardrobes, electrical upgrades with USB charging ports, Wi-Fi, fingerprint sensor lights, and 55-inch smart HDTVs), all outdoor deck spaces (premium teakwood flooring, premium mahogany Balinese beds and sun loungers, Loro Piana upholstery and cushions, Frette towels, TUUCI parasols and hammocks), and upgraded cabin amenities (woven linens, silk pajamas, silver ice buckets, GioBagnara Miramar trays).

Forward on Deck 6 (the Sundeck sunbathing area), two new Jacuzzies and two rain showers were installed.

The aft-located stern Marina Platform was also upgraded.

In November 2022, an inflatable water slide was added to the superyacht, deployed from the pool deck (Deck 3 aft). The slide is approximately 6 m (19 ft) above sea level, with a length of 7 m (24 ft) and a width of 0.3 m (1 ft).
