Tender Boarding (four terminals: two portside and two starboard) refers to the passenger tender embarkation/disembarkation areas used when the ship visits a tender port. At such destinations, passengers are transported between the ship and shore exclusively by tender boats, as the port lacks the infrastructure required to accommodate the ship at a dock or berth.

Medical Center/Infirmary is the ship's hospital operated by resident physicians and nurses on 24-hour call duty. Opening hours are between 8 am and 8 pm. The infirmary is equipped with defibrillators, external pacemakers, pulse oximeters, an ECG (electrocardiograph) machine, thrombolytic and lab equipment. Treatments at the Infirmary are equivalent to a private doctor's visit. All treatments and medications are at an extra charge. The only exception is Bonine (seasickness medication), also available at no charge at the Reception (24 hours). Payments are made with the Vorgin Voyages boarding pass. General health insurance policies do not apply, so buying cruise health insurance is recommended.

The cruise ship has 10 passenger elevators distributed across 3 distinct lift banks (Forward, Midship, and Aft). The elevators service up to 13 of the ship's 17 total decks. The Midship Bank features 6 large elevators providing central access to the main pools, gym, and primary dining venues. The Forward Bank features 2 elevators near the spa, lounges, and The Red Room theater. The Aft Bank features 2 elevators servicing the rear of the ship near The Dock and The Galley/Kitchen.
