TUI's full fleet (7 cruise ships) is back to service

On Sunday, April 3, TUI celebrated a major milestone as the company marked the return to operation of the final vessel in the fleet.

The fleet's oldest ship - Mein Schiff Herz departed from Las Palmas on a 10-day Gran Canaria to Mallorca cruise as TUI's 7th boat restarting passenger shipping.

During the COVID crisis, Schiff Herz spent most of her time sitting off Tenerife's coast. At the end of February 2022, the vessel set sail to Cadiz Spain, where she underwent an extensive drydock refurbishment (at Navantia Shipyard) to make her fit for active service. TUI's Schiff Herz left the shipyard on March 25 and headed to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, prior to arriving in Las Palmas.

Mein Schiff Herz will be cruising under the TUI banner for a little over a year with her final farewell set on April 16, 2023. The ship will then join Marella Cruises (part of TUI Group) as the 5th vessel in its fleet and will be renamed Marella Voyager.
