Princess Cruises adds “EZair” flight booking program for passengers from Southeast Asia

Princess Cruises added its “EZair” flight booking program for passengers from Southeast Asia, mainly Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam, and Singapore.

The easy-to-use tool provides customized suggestions based on when/where passengers are cruising, low prices with flexible air fares, as well as the reassurance they will reach their cruise ship with ease and convenience.

The service is beneficial for guests who have to travel to faraway destinations to board their voyage and relieves the hassle of having to visit various websites to check flight details. The program has long been enjoyed by passengers in Europe and North America and is now available in Southeast Asia.

Available flights can be reviewed in real-time. The desired air schedule/carrier can be chosen at the time of booking. The voyage must be reserved/deposited before flights can be booked.

Flights are available to book from 4 days before the voyage to 300 days before the end of the trip. Princess EZair allows passengers to customize their flights – choosing the desired carrier, time, class of service, number of stops, etc. – at the time of booking, without paying an additional customization fee.

Princess EZair also offers the flexibility of booking flights – whether directly on the company's website or with travel advisors. Princess EZair is connected to the booking system of Princess so that flight guidelines and cruise information is automatically applied to the search.

Passengers who book flights through Princess will be automatically enrolled in the line's Princess Late Arrival Protection program.

If passengers miss/will miss their original port of embarkation because of airline delay/airline service disruption, such as flight cancellation/flight re-routes/weather-related issues, Princess Cruises will work with the airlines in order to find a reasonable alternative to provide flights to the next appropriate cruise port at no additional air cost to the passenger.

If, for any reason, the voyage arrives late at port or the Princess' transfer is delayed to the airport and the return flight is missed, the cruise line works with the airline to rebook flights to get the passengers home.
