Adventures by Disney debuts first-ever Adriatic Sea Expedition Cruise 2024

"Adventures by Disney" (expedition voyages by DCL-Disney Cruise Line) announced its first Adriatic Sea cruises (two 8-day itineraries on Ponant's ship Le Bougainville) scheduled in 2024.

Disney's "Adriatic Expedition Cruise" is roundtrip from Venice City (Italy) visiting 7 Adriatic ports - in Croatia (Korcula, Primosten/Krka National Park, Split, Dubrovnik, Hvar, Rovinj) and Montenegro (Kotor).

Departures are currently scheduled for June 25 and July 2, 2024.

Bookings open to the general public on October 27, 2022. Priority bookings were open on Oct 24th.

Excursion options feature kayaking along Pakleni Islands (off Hvar Island's coast) bicycling in Hvar City's Stari Grad, exploring by catamaran Montenegro's Boka Bay, visiting Predjama Castle in Postojna Cave (southwestern Slovenia).

Up to 6 specially trained tour guides will be accompanying DCL guests on the voyage and lead all activities shipboard and ashore. Onboard adults-only activities feature cocktail workshops and fitness classes. 

Junior Adventurers (12 years old and under) can enjoy their own special programs that are led by the adventure guides, such as navigation lessons, a pizza party, a "Pirates of the Adriatic" swim party, and a "Dalmatian Dash" scavenger hunt.

DCL's "Adventures by Disney" also announced dates for its 2024 expedition voyages in the Galapagos, the Arctic, and Antarctica. The "Antarctica and Patagonia Expedition Cruise" is scheduled for December 17-28, 2023, and February 17-28. The "Arctic Expedition Cruise" is planned for July 1-10, 2024. The "Galapagos Islands Expedition Cruise" is planned for March 17-25, June 9-17, July 14-22, August 7-15, and December 18-26 (2024).
