Cunard Line is set to reintroduce an exclusive series of Le Gavroche residencies at sea, featuring two Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux showcasing his iconic London restaurant on the ships Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2.

In a unique collaboration with the Norwegian Seafood Council, Roux will temporarily close his esteemed Mayfair venue to oversee four Le Gavroche residencies during four captivating Norwegian Fjords voyages scheduled for 2024.

The inaugural residency, presented in partnership with the Norwegian Seafood Council, unfolds at The Verandah (on RMS Queen Mary 2) during the sailing to Hardangerfjord on June 2nd. This 5-night experience (available for an additional charge) accommodates 60 diners nightly, featuring a sumptuous 5-course tasting menu highlighting Roux's renowned seafood specialties and elevated culinary classics, all crafted with the finest produce.

Following this, Roux will host a second residency (on Queen Mary 2) for the ex-Hamburg roundtrip Fjords voyage on August 6th. In the same month, an intimate 5-night takeover with Le Gavroche at Sir Samuel's (on Queen Anne) is scheduled as she departs for Stavanger on August 11th. The exclusive dining experience will cater to 50 guests each night.

Continuing the quartet of takeovers, Roux will embark on another Norwegian residency (on Queen Anne) on September 1st, sailing to Haugesund. Concurrently, during these voyages, Roux will also feature as an Insights Speaker in the Royal Court Theatre, sharing anecdotes from his illustrious 40-plus-year career in the hospitality industry.

This development follows the announcement in August that Roux will curate an exclusive gala menu for Queen Anne's exclusive restaurants Queens Grill and Princess Grill, along with introducing a refined pub favorites menu for the Golden Lion on Cunard's newest ship.
