RCI-Royal Caribbean International is set to enhance its portfolio of exclusive cruise destinations with Perfect Day Mexico (Mahahual), scheduled to open in 2027-Q3, and the Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in Nassau, opening in December 2025.

These developments aim to provide guests with unique and immersive experiences, combining leisure, adventure, and cultural elements.

Perfect Day Mexico: A New Benchmark in Cruise Destinations

Spanning over 200 acres along Mexico’s Caribbean coast, Perfect Day Mexico is designed to offer a diverse range of attractions across seven distinct neighborhoods. The centerpiece, Loco Waterpark, will feature Jaguar’s Peak, a 170-foot-tall waterslide tower, which is set to be the tallest in North and South America. This tower will house ten slides, including the longest coaster waterslide globally, providing a ride lasting over two minutes.

Adjacent to the waterpark, Splash Cove will introduce the world's longest lazy river, extending over a mile and incorporating float-up bars and an optional section with waves and rapids.

The area will also include a 100,000-square-foot pool and Royal Caribbean’s largest Splashaway Bay for children.

For adult guests, El Hideaway will offer a secluded environment featuring a zero-entry pool, swim-up bar, in-pool DJ, and the Ultimate Party Cabana, accommodating up to 20 guests with a private pool and bar.

Dining and beverage options will be abundant, with 12 regionally inspired eateries and 24 bars, including six swim-up bars. Cultural elements will be integrated throughout the destination, featuring art installations, Mariachi performances, and local artisan markets.

Royal Beach Club Paradise Island: An All-Inclusive Bahamian Experience

Opening in December 2025, the 17-acre Royal Beach Club Paradise Island will be situated on the western end of Paradise Island in Nassau. This destination aims to blend Bahamian culture with Royal Caribbean’s signature experiences, offering guests an all-inclusive beach day.

The club will feature two beaches, three temperature-controlled pools, and the world’s largest swim-up bar, The Floating Flamingo. Guests can enjoy various dining options, private cabanas, and live music, all included with the day pass.

The Ultimate Family Cabana will provide a two-story retreat for up to 12 guests, complete with a whirlpool, slide, private bathroom, and personal attendant.

RCI's new destinations are part of the company’s broader strategy to enhance guest experiences through exclusive, immersive environments. Perfect Day Mexico will be included in Western Caribbean itineraries departing from Galveston, New Orleans, and Florida homeports, with bookings available starting this fall.

In developing these destinations, RCI continues to prioritize sustainability and community engagement. The company is collaborating with local governments and communities to ensure that these projects support regional development and adhere to environmental standards.
