Carnival Resumes Cruises From San Juan

Carnival Cruise Line plans to resume voyages from Puerto Rico on Sunday, October 15.

San Juan-based Carnival Fascination departs from the city late on Sunday on a 7-night Southern Caribbean cruise which features visits to Grenada, Barbados, St Lucia, Antigua, St Kitts.

According to Carnival, an assessment of terminal facilities, local conditions and support services in San Juan area where the Fascination ship docks found it ready for resuming cruise operations. 

In resuming voyages from San Juan, Carnival joins RCI, which already restarted sailings from the city. Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Seas departed from San Juan on Saturday, October 7, on the ship's first regular sailing from the port city since Hurricane Maria hit.
