MV Werften celebrated the start of the construction on Crystal’s newest luxury expedition yacht, Crystal Endeavor, via the cutting of the first piece of steel at company's Stralsund yard on Monday, January 15.
Guests and employees watched as the flame cutter was launched by Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, Genting Hong Kong Chairman and CEO; Tom Wolber, Crystal President and CEO; Harry Glawe, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania’s Economics Minister; and Dr. Alexander Badrow, Stralsund Mayor.
Crystal Endeavor, which is set to debut in 2020, will be the most spacious and biggest purpose-built Polar Class vessel featuring Crystal’s legendary hospitality and service, all-suite, butler-serviced accommodations, along with unmatched choices for polar adventures in the world’s most remote destinations.
