Passenger Medevaced from Grand Princess

A 77-year-old woman has been medically evacuated from a Princess Cruises ship in Oregon waters after suffering a stroke.

The USCG (U.S. Coast Guard) revealed a crew had airlifted the passenger from Grand Princess Saturday morning, September 29, around 55 miles southwest of Newport (Oregon).

The ship was sailing between Victoria BC and San Francisco.

The lady was taken to Portland hospital via helicopter.

There was no additional information about her condition.
