Virgin Voyages announced that its first ship, Scarlet Lady, will be outfitted with a tattoo parlor onboard, dubbed Squid Ink.

When Scarlet Lady debuts in 2020, the newbuild will employ a pair of full-time tattoo artists handpicked by industry legend Lou Rubino Junior as part of the partnership of the line with World Famous Tattoo Ink.

The tattoo parlor will also boast a line-up of guest artists, such as Spike TV’s Ink Master star Sarah Miller, illustrative specialist Jime Litwalk and surrealist specialist Arlo DiCristina.

In addition to using the original vegan ink of World Famous Tattoo Ink, Squid Ink is also due to offer permanent makeup and body piercings treatments that use vegan-friendly Perma Blend pigments.
