Coral Adventurer Floated Out in Vietnam

Coral Expeditions launched their new ship, Coral Adventurer, on December 8.

The float out ceremony involved 2 days of relocating the ship from yard onto the floating dock, and was a key milestone for the pioneering cruise line of Australia.

At hand were designers and specialists involved in the installation of interior furnishings including feature stonework, wood panelling, the ship's public areas and stateroom fit out.

With her build on time, Coral Expeditions company expect no delays preparing their 4th vessel for a sold-out maiden voyage scheduled for April 2019.

Sea trials will start in February 2019, handover in late March, to be followed by shakedown journeys in April. The official launch of Coral Adventurer will be celebrated in Singapore, on April 23, before she enters service on the first 18-night itinerary 'In the trail of Tasman'.

The ship will then arrive in Australian waters for a welcome in Darwin on May 13.
