Fred Olsen River Cruises Launches New 2020 Programme

Fred. Olsen River Cruises launched its new 2020 programme on more intimate MS Brabant, with a total of 26 itineraries that cover 43 ports of call.

Next year, Fred Olsen will introduce ten maiden calls onboard the 156-passenger Brabant, in 5 new areas, showcasing the beautiful Rhine, Main, Moselle, and Danube Rivers, across 6 countries.

New for 2020 are maiden cruises into Luxembourg City, taking in Grevenmacher and Remich, as well as scenic voyages of the Danube Delta, with inaugural calls to Trier, Nierstein, Cetate, Galati, Dobreta-Turnu Severin, Donji Milanovac, Enkhuizen, and Vukovar.

Every Fred Olsen river trip is due to incorporate a lot of daytime scenic cruising so that travellers can enjoy some of the most fantastic European scenery with 14 areas of scheduled scenic cruising that are included across the itineraries.

Brabant passengers can also benefit from the introduction of line's new enrichment programme with almost every voyage featuring an onboard speaker, specifically tailored to the itinerary and cruise highlights.

Each itinerary will also feature an optional shore trips package, which for the set price of GBP 200 includes 5 shore tours, relevant to the specific cruise themes.

  • 14-night ‘Eastern Europe Discovery to the Danube Delta’ fly-cruise with flights from London/Manchester, ex Budapest on May 31, 2020. Prices start from GBP 2,899 per person.
  • 7-night ‘Sailing the scenic Moselle to Luxembourg’ fly-cruise with flights from London/Manchester, ex Cologne on August 9, 2020. Prices start from GBP 1,699 per person.
  • 7-night ‘Historic Gems of Germany’ fly-cruise with flights from London/Manchester on September 27, 2020. Prices start from GBP 1,599 per person.
