Crystal River Cruises announced that its Crystal Mozart will be leaving the fleet as of the start of the 2020 season next spring.
The company says that the vessel will head to Genting Cruise Lines (like Crystal Cruises part of GHK-Genting Hong Kong Ltd) on a new venture that will be revealed at a later date.
The last Crystal voyage of Crystal Mozart available to the public embarks on December 2, 2019, out of Vienna to Budapest. Passengers who are booked onboard previously scheduled Crystal Mozart 2020 cruises will be accommodated on similar Danube itineraries provided by Crystal Ravel and Crystal Mahler.
Crystal Mozart was launched in the summer of 2016 as the inaugural Crystal River Cruises' ship. With the departure of Crystal Mozart for Genting Cruise Lines, the fleet of Crystal River Cruises will comprise Crystal Bach, Crystal Debussy, Crystal Ravel, and Crystal Mahler.
