Norwegian Cruise Line took delivery of its newest vessel, Norwegian Encore, in Bremerhaven. The highly anticipated milestone begins ay month-long tour with preview events in Europe, New York, and Miami FL, including the official naming ceremony on November 21, 2019.
The NCL Encore ship has GT tonnage (volume) 169,145 tons and max passenger capacity 4903. The inaugural (preview) cruise from Bremerhaven starts on October 31, arriving in Southampton UK on November 2.
On November 2, Encore will commence her transatlantic cruise to the USA, arriving in New York on November 10 with a 2-day preview scheduled from November 11 through 13. She will then sail to Miami Florida for a series of events, concluding with the naming ceremony on November 21, which includes a live performance by Encore’s godmother and Grammy Award-winning singer and TV host Kelly Clarkson.
