Carnival Expands Fun Ambassadors Programme for 2020

Carnival Cruise Line expanded its Fun Ambassadors programme for next year after receiving strong applications from travel agents.

The company launched its Fun Ambassadors programme back in 2018 to help drive engagement with the trade programme Loyalty Rocks Club. Travel agents chosen as Fun Ambassadors provided feedback on Loyalty Rocks Club in exchange for benefits like an all-expenses-paid voyage to Ibiza.

For 2020 Carnival chose 12 ambassadors, up from 8 in 2019. The new Fun Ambassadors include: Beth Hulett, Iglu; Chesney Miller, Barrhead Travel; Gemma Buckley, Virgin Holidays; Greg Hill, Cruise118; Jed Wakefield-Coombes, Hays Travel; Jessica Hartley, Vision Cruise; Joseph Walker, Bolsover Cruise Club; Kal Sindhu, Travelbag; Mem Adem, Cruise 1st, Toni Hill, Cruise 365; Sally Walker, Cruise.co.uk; Samantha Storey, Cruise.

Next year, the Fun Ambassadors will benefit from an array of benefits, of which a trip to Ibiza in June 2020; double Loyalty Rocks points on bookings made throughout 2020; 3 board meetings with travel and all expenses included in February, July and October as well as attend the 2020 CLIA Conference.

These agents will also be welcomed onboard incoming 5,200-passenger cruise ship Mardi Gras after she enters service in August and sails into Southampton UK.
