For passengers booked on a cancelled sailing, Princess Cruises offers to move them to the equivalent voyage in 2022. The rebooking will have the added benefit of protecting the passengers’ 2021 fare on their 2022 vacation. Alternatively, customers can choose an FCC (future cruise credit) equivalent to 100% of the fare paid plus an additional non-refundable bonus FCC equal to 10% of the fare paid (minimum US$25) or a full refund to the original form of payment.

For passengers currently booked on a cancelled cruise where there is no matched voyage available in 2022, travellers will automatically receive a refundable FCC equivalent to 100% of the fare paid plus an additional non-refundable bonus FCC equal to 10% of the fare paid (minimum US$25). Alternatively, guests can request a full refund to the original form of payment.

Requests have to be received through an online form by April 15 or guests will automatically receive the FCC option. The FCC can be used on any voyages booked by and sailing by December 31, 2022.
