TDoS (Tillberg Design of Sweden) unveiled a 120-m long (393-ft) World Voyager “Scintilla” concept. The forward-thinking innovative superyacht design emphasizes exploration, sustainability, and indoor/outdoor living.

Via a collaboration with DreamLiner Yachting and IYC, TDoS and Laurent Giles Naval Architects launched the modern world voyager concept that is conceived to offer "the ultimate world cruising experience: Scintilla"  (October 2021).

“Scintilla” is a concept designed to accommodate up to 36 passengers and 44 crew within a platform that combines sustainability with luxury.

Characterized by a well-balanced and sleek exterior profile, the 5-deck Scintilla boasts contemporary dynamic lines in contrasting blues atop the vessel's white hull. The mark of the Scandinavian roots of the concept is apparent throughout the interior: minimalist in style yet luxurious in amenities, with 5 generous lounges and 3 dining areas offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Indoor/outdoor living is one of the fundamental elements of the Scintilla concept. Wide panoramic windows throughout maximize the experience.

Passengers are accommodated in 18 spacious suites situated on the pool and helideck levels, each of which continues the indoor/outdoor theme with ocean views through large windows. The multi-level owners’ suite comprises the aft portion of the Helideck and Bridge Deck and opens on a private deck with a Jacuzzi and infinity pool. The innovative yacht also boasts 6 duplex passenger suites.

A toy complement is another feature of the Scintilla concept, providing dedicated space for a helicopter, submarine, foldable catamaran, seaplane, expedition RIBS, jet skis, quads, land and amphibious vehicles, each of which selectively chosen for reduced emissions.

The Scintilla yacht is expected to incorporate eco-conscious and locally-sourced materials throughout its interior/exterior spaces. The U.K.-based naval architecture company Laurent Giles is responsible for the technical development of the yacht, which is designed to accommodate hybrid engines and a combination battery & alternative fuel system to minimize the environmental footprint.

Scintilla is offered for sale via Dreamliner Yachting and IYC USA.
