MSC Cruises to deploy MSC Lirica to the Eastern Mediterranean in summer 2022

MSC Cruises announced it would deploy MSC Lirica to the Eastern Mediterranean in summer 2022.

The liner will homeport in Piraeus-Athens during the entire season.

MSC Lirica will sail on a newly-designed 7-night roundtrip itinerary with a total of 28 voyages planned for April-October 2022. From Piraeus are visited Kusadasi (Ephesus, Turkey), Haifa (Tel Aviv-Nazareth, Israel), Limassol (Cyprus), and the Greek islands of Santorini and Rhodes before returning to Piraeus.

The passengers can also begin their 7-night voyages with embarkation at Piraeus, Kusadasi, Haifa, and Limassol.

Crete Island (Heraklion) will also be a port of call in the four 11-night sailings of MSC Lirica in the Eastern Mediterranean during November & December 2022 with calls at Heraklion.

Greece also features in 3 other Eastern Mediterranean itineraries.

MSC Armonia will call at Piraeus on a weekly basis during summer 2022. From September 2022, MSC Fantasia will similarly perform 11-night voyages to the Greek port for vacationers to visit Athens. MSC Musica's summer 2022 program includes as call ports Katakolon-Olympia, Heraklion Crete and Santorini (Thira).
