AIDAbella cabins review
AIDAbella’s passenger cabin decks feature a total of 18 Suites (in 4 categories), 480 Balcony staterooms (in 6 categories), 186 Oceanview rooms (in 5 categories), and 359 Interior cabins (in 3 categories), bringing the total number of stateroom categories to 18.
All Suite categories include the following amenities: private sundeck area, bathroom with bathrobes, slippers, and luxury bath products, twin beds (convertible to queen), double sofabed, pillow menu (offering five different pillow types), welcome package (with fresh fruit, fine chocolates, and champagne), 3-course Welcome Dinner (at Rossini), in-room breakfast (on request, from the à la carte menus of Rossini or the steakhouse), complimentary use of wellness facilities on disembarkation day, express services (laundry, luggage, shoeshine), turndown concierge service, iPod docking stations, and Nintendo Wii gaming consoles.
Balcony, Oceanview, and Interior staterooms feature twin beds (convertible to queen), except for category IC-Inside cabins, which have two separate berths.
All staterooms are equipped with a wardrobe, mirrored vanity table with chair, low table with armchairs (excluding the smallest cabins), private bathroom (with WC, shower stall, single-sink vanity, hairdryer, and bath products), electronic safe, lifejackets (in the closet), direct dial phone (with baby monitoring function), smart HDTV, and individual air conditioning.
Handicap / wheelchair-accessible cruise cabins
Aboard AIDAbella, there are 11 wheelchair-accessible cabins for guests with disabilities. These staterooms span 8 categories and are all located on Deck 4. Below are the stateroom numbers by category:
- Oceanview (with porthole views) – Category AA (4134, 4234, each 22 m²) and AB (4122, 4222, each 28 m²). These cabins offer either two or three beds (twin beds plus a single sofa bed).
- Inside – Category IC: 4361 (23 m²), 4362 (20 m²), 4462 (21 m²), 4363 (19 m²), 4463 (19 m²), and 4353/4453 (19 m²). Each of these cabins has two separate twin beds.
All accessible cabins are fitted with wider entry doors, wheelchair turning space, open-frame beds, lowered vanities in the sitting area, amplified emergency phones, captioned TVs, and larger bathrooms equipped with roll-in showers, fold-down shower benches, grab bars, lower sinks and closet rods, raised toilets, and handheld showerheads.
These cabins are also conveniently located near the ship’s elevators.
