Oceania Nautica-Aurelia cabins and suites

Note: This article reviews the passenger accommodations on both Oceania Aurelia (operational since 2027) and Oceania Nautica (operational 2005-2027).

Oceania Aurelia staterooms

Almost all of Aurelia's staterooms (238 total) feature step-out balconies, including the 179x Suites and the 50x Verandas, or 96% of all accommodations. There are only 5 Oceanview and 4 Inside cabins. Handicap (wheelchair-accessible, ADA-certified) cabins for disabled passengers total only 3 (category G, interior).

Aurelia's cabin categories are 14.

Suites with wraparound terraces are in categories OWNER'S (2-room, aft-facing) and VISTA (2-room, forward-facing).

Large, teak terraces have the suites in categories OCEANIA, HORIZON, and PENTHOUSE. The balconies are accessed via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

All suites and balcony cabins receive complimentary the following amenities and services: dedicated butler, laundry (max 3 bags per suite), garment pressing, shoeshine, packing and unpacking (upon request), Welcome Aboard gifts (bottle of Prosecco wine, Oceania Cruises-logoed tote bag), priority specialty dining reservations, cashmere lap blankets, and in-cabin dining (24-hour service, including course-by-course dishes from specialty restaurants' menus). Upon request are provided complimentary afternoon canapes, a fresh fruit basket, still and sparkling bottled water (Vero Water), gourmet turndown chocolates.

Standard amenities available in all accommodations (regardless of the category) include Aquamar Bath + Skincare Essentials (premium stateroom wellness and toiletry line developed exclusively for Oceania Cruises and available fleetwide), Prestige Tranquility Bed (Oceania Cruises exclusive, custom-designed luxury mattress manufactured in Italy by Matermoll), daily replenished sodas (in the refrigerated mini-bar), handheld hairdryer, plush cotton towels, robes and slippers, interactive HDTV system, digital safe box (in the closet).

Oceania Nautica staterooms

Of all Nautica's staterooms (349 total), 66% feature step-out balconies (including 62 Suites and 170 Standard Balcony cabins). There are 89 Oceanview cabins (including 14 single cabins) and 28 Inside cabins. Handicap (wheelchair-accessible) cabins for disabled passengers total only three. The ship has 40 connecting cabins.

Nautica's cabin categories are 16.

NAUTICA Owner Suites (number 6, max occupancy 4) measured 620 ft / 58 m2 (balcony size 345 ft2 / 32 m2) and were located aft on decks 6, 7, 8.

NAUTICA Vista Suites (4x, max occupancy 4) measured 535 ft2 / 50 m2 (Balcony size 255 ft2 / 24 m2) and were located forward on decks 6, 7.

NAUTICA Penthouses/Mini-Suites (52x, max occupancy 4, categories PH1, PH2, PH3) measured 260 ft2 / 24 m2 (balcony 60 ft2 / 6 m2) and were located on deck 8.

NAUTICA Balcony Cabins (170x, max occupancy 3) measured 175 ft2 / 16 m2 (balcony 45 ft2 / 4 m2) and were located on deck 6 (categories B1, B2), decks 6, 7, 8 (A1, A2, A3).

NAUTICA Oceanview Cabins (89x, max occupancy 3) measured 160 ft2 / 15 m2 (category E-Obstructed were 145 ft2 / 14 m2) and in categories SO-Single (midship-starboard deck 3), C1-C2 (midship-forward deck 4), E (midship deck 6), C1 (forward deck 7).

NAUTICA Interior Cabins (29x, max occupancy 4) measured 160 ft2 / 15 m2 and were located on decks 4, 6, 7 (category G), and decks 7, 8 (category F).

Owner Suites and Vista Suites feature a large bedroom (king-size bed with luxury bedding, walk-in closet), a private balcony (with whirlpool bathtub and resort-style lounge furniture), a master bathroom (whirlpool bathtub and shower stall), a guest bathroom (shower), a living room (three TVs, Bose sound system, vanity, plush seating, dining area, minibar with unlimited drinks), an entrance foyer, and a music room with sea views. The number of TVs is three in Owner Suites and two in Vista Suites.

Penthouse Suites are fitted with queen-size beds (convertible to two twins) and a bathroom with a full-size bathtub and shower stall.

All Suites and Balcony cabins have private verandas with premium teak flooring and luxury lounge furniture. Regardless of cabin category, passengers in all MS Nautica staterooms enjoy the following amenities and complimentary services: Tranquility beds (queen-size, convertible to twins, with “Prestige Tranquility” luxury mattresses and ample under-bed storage), oversized marble or granite bathrooms, sitting area (vanity and dining table), minibar (unlimited bottled water and soft drinks), bathroom amenities (shower with Grohe showerhead, hairdryer, slippers), electronic safe and lifejackets (in the closet), direct-dial satellite phone, smart HDTV (infotainment system, Internet access, on-demand movies), DVD player, nightly turndown service, and 110/220V power outlets.

Additional perks for passengers staying in Concierge Level cabins and all Suites include upgraded cabin and bath amenities, such as:

• 24-hour butler and concierge service
• Priority services include embarkation, check-in, luggage delivery, packing and unpacking (upon request), in-room dining (including orders from specialty restaurant menus), shoeshine, laundry, dining and shore excursion reservations, and ashore dining and entertainment reservations
• Welcome gifts (fresh fruit, Champagne, Oceania Cruises tote bag)
• Exclusive lounge access (Deck 11, concierge-serviced) and unlimited access to the Spa Terrace

In September 2022, Oceania Cruises introduced on Nautica a total of 14 single cabins (category SO – Solo Oceanview Stateroom), all located midship on Deck 3 (formerly category D with obstructed view). These single-occupancy cabins are priced for passengers who prefer to travel solo without paying the standard single-occupancy supplement.
