Infirmary/Medical Center is the ship’s hospital operated by resident doctors / physicians and nurses on 24-hour call duty. The infirmary is open between 8 am – 8 pm (doctor hours are 8-11 am and 3-6 pm). Treatments at the ship hospital are equivalent to a private doctor’s visit. All treatments, tests and medications are at extra charge. The only exception is Bonine (seasickness medication) also available for free at the ship’s Reception (24 hours). General health insurance policies do not apply, so buying cruise health insurance is recommended.

“Crystal Plaza” is the Guest Services desks area. It has the ship’s Reception, Front Desk, Concierge Desk and Shore Excursions Desk (booking, information)

“Crystal Cove” is a 66-seats piano bar (portside), contemporary furnished, with live piano and string quartet performances in the evening, specialty cocktails and connoisseur menu (a la carte charge).

Waterside / “Crystal” (aft Dining Room for breakfast (8-9:30am), lunch (12-1:30pm) and dinner with 2 fixed time sittings- Classic Main (at 6:15pm) and Classic Late (at 8:30pm). A 3rd “Dining by Reservation” option is also available for table reservations. Guests can reserve different time each night by contacting the Maitre D. The Crystal Dining Room’s gourmet menu features both regionally-inspired and traditional dishes. The 6-course Dinner menu also includes Chef’s specialty, Vegetarian and light meals.

Cabins from 5001 to 5023, all of which are forward located and in categories Sapphire Oceanview Suites and Double Guest Rooms with Oceanview.

Passenger-accessible decks are interconnected via 8x elevators (3x forward, 3x midship, 2x aft).
