Review of MS Riviera Resplendence deck 2 (Ruby-Cabins-Lobby-Restaurant)

Forward on Ruby Deck is the Main Restaurant (Dining Room with single-seating capacity) with an adjacent Galley (kitchen and storage rooms for food and beverages).

The Restaurant offers buffet-style Breakfast while Lunches and Dinners are waiter-served and with two four-course dinner menus. The menus are rotated seasonally and feature international as well as traditional Portuguese food specialties and regional wines. At both lunch and dinner are served complimentary wines by the glass, including local/Portuguese house wines.

At the Restaurant are also provided complimentary beverages and light snacks (afternoon coffee/tea with pastries and midnight snacks).

Forward-midship on Ruby Deck is the Foyer/Lobby Hall housing both ship entrances (portside and starboard), Reception Desk (24-hour guest services and assistance), Travel Desk (Tour Office for the Cruise Director, excursions information and booking), Boutique (Gift Shop), 24-hour Coffee and Tea station. From the Lobby is accessed the Main Restaurant.

Cruise cabins from 201 to 239, all of which have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to a railing (French Balcony). Midship are located four Superior Suites.

One Lift (passenger elevator) interconnects all cabin decks. All decks are also interconnected via stairs (forward, midship and aft), including a grand staircase in the Atrium (between decks 2-3/Ruby-Diamond).
