The Dining Room serves modern Australian meals. Breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m. and includes a continental buffet with yoghurts, cereals, fruits, and breads for toast. Lunch is at noon or 12:30 p.m. and consists of a buffet with 2 or 3 hot options and 3 salads. Dinner is served at 7:00 p.m. and consists of a 3-course meal with set entree and dessert plus a choice of 2 mains with vegetables. Help-yourself coffee, tea and plain biscuits are available 24h per day both in the dining room and ship's lounge.
