The Lobby & Reception is the meeting spot for most tours. There is also a boutique, consisting of 3 shelves of souvenir items (blown-glass figurines, branded hats, silk scarves, stuffed animals and coloring books from the company's mascot, traveling Croisi kangaroo).

Lounge & Bar with an entertainment area and dance floor. Most drinks are included - a menu at each table indicates what has an upcharge. A cocktail of the day is offered.
