MSC Cruises announced that there were 1,390+ shore excursions available to book for passengers sailing this summer season.
This number is the most the company has ever offered.
MSC's new extensive program features something for every kind of traveler, from families with kids, and solo travelers to those wishing to visit bucket list attractions. Options include extended stays ashore/shorter half-day highlights.
Passengers can once again explore ashore in all destinations, subject to regulations by local authorities. Guests can plan trips ahead of time and benefit from up to a 20% discount when booking before departure. Pre-booking guarantees a space on the most popular tours and entry to some of the world’s most popular attractions.

Included in the extensive range of the 2022 MSC Shore Excursions are PROTECTOURS, first introduced by the cruise line in 2020 and designed to give guests insights into wildlife and nature while preserving the surrounding environment. ~70% of PROTECTOURS feature low impact transportation like walking/cycling/kayaking and many make a contribution to the environment via supporting species/habitat protection.
In line with the commitment to help protect the environment, MSC will introduce electric & hybrid transportation in 10+ European cities in 2022. The range of MSC BIKE ADVENTOURS bicycle tours was extended, with 150 scheduled this summer season. Now available in a total of 21 countries, more vacationers than ever before can visit popular destinations with a low carbon footprint.
