Oceania Cruises recently introduced an elevated, innovative bar program onboard the 1,200-passenger Vista ship debuting on May 20, 2023.

Oceania Vista is the first of the brand's Allura Class ships and will feature the latest cocktail-crafting trends like flavoured smoke bubbles, a selection of low-/no- sugar wines and zero-proof cocktails, as well as Negronis aged in wooden barrels/specialty beverage carts like the Ultimate Bloody Mary Bar and Bubbly Bar.

A cornerstone of the ship's bar program will be experiential beverage offerings like specialty beverage carts including The Bubbly Bar, which will serve  Champagne cocktails, as well as The Ultimate Bloody Mary Bar, where passengers can DIY the perfect brunch accompaniment. In addition, they can savor:

The Casino Mixology Bar is a new concept on Oceania Vista, focused on the art of the cocktail. Boasting a selection of ryes and bourbons in addition to tableside preparation of spirits and cocktails, the new bar will likely become an Instagram favourite for serving Negronis straight from the barrel and "Flavor Blaster Gun" cocktails topped off with vapor-filled bubbles.

Oceania Cruises' signature bar, Martinis, is refreshing its namesake cocktail with a spirits selection of Mermaid Gin and Vodka, handcrafted from ethically sourced botanicals on the Isle of Wight. Either stirred or shaken, the new martini menu offers a collection that gives tribute to some of Hollywood's greatest names like Bogard's Casablanca, Blue Eyes Sinatra, Notorious Bond, and Lady Hepburn.

Baristas, a favorite spot for delicious coffee, will introduce a brand new drink menu featuring innovative cocktails that incorporate the Italian herbal liqueur Amari, in addition to ready-to-drink selections like Campari sodas, Crodino, and San Pellegrino cocktails.

The Aquamar Kitchen is a new concept aboard Oceania Vista serving healthy cuisine, that will focus its beverage selection on low-/no-alcohol options. The world's leading producer of non-alcoholic spirits, Lyre, will bring its naturally sourced spirits to the ship, including Amalfi Spritz, American Malt Whisky, Dry London Gin, and White Cane Spirit Rum. Aquamar Kitchen will offer stylish non-alcoholic "wines" from Pierre Zero. The drinks menu will include cocktails like Dark and Spicy, Innocent Kir, Passion Fruit Colada, Pure Amalfi Spritz, NO-Groni, and Skinny Mimosa.

Ember will offer a menu of inventive American creations blended with classics. To pair, here passengers will find crafted beers, ryes, bourbons, wines, and themed cocktails ranging from long drinks to aperitif style ones including First Avenue, Sicilian Godfather, Tennessee Nights, and California Dreaming.

Oceania Cruises' Pan-Asian venue, Red Ginger, will feature a focused menu of beverages in order to complement its acclaimed dishes like Asian beers, sake styles, and cocktails celebrating Asian flavours including coriander, ginger, lychee, and turmeric. Must-try new drinks feature Asia Daisy, Hanoi Nights, Namaste, Oriental Pear Mule,  and Tokyo Whisper.
